I keep seeing this shit on Twitter but nobody can cite which lawsuits. Is there anything to that claim or do they just keep getting fed bullshit from CNN?

That’s called CIA taking points. They don’t know shit. These are pros doing gods work. The real hood Intel is in the court room.
He's had multiple ones tossed. It's to be expected
Which ones? What level courts? Which states? I know that all that matters is what SCOTUS eventually says (we can always appeal to higher courts), but this narrative of "he's losing all his cases" is really starting to irk me.
I can't say if he's lost any or not, you're right it's very suspicious without some proof. Even one case would be great. But even if he lost, even if Joe loses, it will never be settled at the ground level courts. The losing side will appeal. The loser at the appellate level will appeal up to the Supreme Court. We've always expected a SC ruling so current ground games are pretty meaningless.
It only takes one case to matter. Betting averages are under 1 in lawfare
I read the first cases brought by the Trump Campaign are heard in the lowest level of court, Court of Common Pleas. In Philly, for example, those courts have long been "owned" by the political machinery (Democrat Party). Read "American Hustle': Party Insiders Tell the True Story of How Philadelphia Elections Work" : The Federalist.
Not sure how lawsuits filed a day or two ago could already be lost.
Most likely demoralization propaganda.
Use their own tactics against them. "I've seen no evidence of widespread lawsuit dismissal."
Nice.
Any proof of dismissed cases?
That's what I've been asking.
Well since they are the ministry of truth it must be true. Hahahahah
I know they are considering settled cases as a “loss”. I read an article earlier today written by one of the lawyers. He said the court case in PA where they settled by allowing Republican poll watchers to watch the counts. Therefore Trump’s case was moot since the Dems agreed to allowing them to watch. Although the never actually followed the order. Maybe there are similar instances in other cases?
My take on it all.
We have to go through all the proper channels with lawsuits.
It will go to the district Court first.
Then the circuit Court ( appeals )
Then finally the SCOTUS.
SCOTUS is where we will eventually get to. All others are irrelevant. When SCOTUS rules, then we will know what will be.
