Sounds right to me.

All right. So basically, Trump wins the presidency as long as he doesn't concede. Is that correct?

Sorta. If the elector votes are certified and Biden has 270 then Biden wins.. but if we do not have certified votes that add up to 270 for one candidate then i believe you are correct..

But looking for someone to confirm this process?

Okay, that makes more sense. So, if not enough certified electoral college votes then Trump wins. Got it.

Just have to show election irregularities in PA, GA and one other state (assuming GA doesn't flip back to Trump) and the election is ours. We know we have it in PA and MI probably, and GA under Kemp will probably flip back to Trump.

This guy skipped over some important stuff. 270 IS NOT SET IN STONE. The requirement is for a majority of appointed electors. Most states are not in contention. Their electoral votes will be cast, and they will be valid. If , for example, PA has their election thrown out, then PA's legislature has options, but they are not foolproof. They can still designate a slate of electors.

However...

Electoral votes are validated and certified by a joint session of Congress ; presided over by Michael Pence, President of the Senate. Results are not finalized yet about who controls the House, but electoral votes can be tossed by majority vote by both chambers.

Only after a failure to reach a majority of the electors appointed would the election go to a Contingency plan. That's when the House of Representative choose the next POTUS, and the Senate chooses the VP.

I hope for the flip prior but we have to keep the certification from 270 Biden's way...

That would definitely make things easier, but I do like the insurance policy. I think I've learned more about the election system in the United States in this cycle than I did in all my years in grade school.
