If the elector votes are certified and Biden has 270 then Biden wins.. but if we do not have certified votes that add up to 270 for one candidate then i believe you are correct.. Sorta. If the elector votes are certified and Biden has 270 then Biden wins.. but if we do not have certified votes that add up to 270 for one candidate then i believe you are correct..
