Wrong. He was not arguing for a PROCESS audit, which is guided by MI election laws. He was arguing for a BALLOT audit, which is a new right enumerated in the MI Constitution, amended in 2018 or 2019 I think.
And they were trying to conflate the two to make it seem like he had to wait until after it was certified at which point they would told him to get bent because he needed to do a ballot audit before it was certified. Commie scum always tries to undermine you.
