The were analyzing data from a source that basically summarized the data and rounded it at every update. They were not looking at the actual data and it's not surprising that the rounded data would have the kind of variation they pointed out. I think there's certainly voter fraud, but most likely in the form of fraudulent ballots and not computer glitches, though I'm not saying there was no nefarious computer activity... That post just didn't prove it.
