Just started looking at PA data, see MANY entries like this :

  • (column Z / 26) last vote date : 11/03/2020

  • (column AC / 29) last change date : 11/04/2020 or 11/05/2020 or 11/06/2020

This is not a universal thing. Note that in FULTON FVE 20201109.txt there is not 1 single vote with a "last change date" after 11/3

POTTER FVE 20201109.txt has only 2 entries with "last change date" after 11/03

MONTOUR FVE 20201109.txt has a metric asston of entries where "last date changed" is after 11/03 (approx ~4k entries like this)

seems kinda strange.

PA was in the middle of counting ballots.

but they have the spare time to input voter info changes for THOUSANDS of voters?

idk , maybe its nothing.
