I have had many many interactions with the CCP and you can take it from me that they are not super organized or competent.
They are middling IQs to begin with, they are as corrupt as it is possible to be, they do about 45 minutes of work per day, and they start getting drunk every day at noon. NOON. Not beer, hard liquor. Every day even Tuesday.
