We can't accept a recount, even a hand recount. Don't fall for it. We need an audit where only votes deemed legitimate count. As honest pollster Rich Baris pointed out, "Recounts largely just re-feed the same ballots through the same tabulators." That will just legitimize the steal.

One of Trump's lawyers said that in the court hearing today. They know. They are several chess moves ahead.
Was very happy when he said it but that cucked Judge does not give a shit.
I felt like the judge was just trying to get more granular - he seemed pretty receptive. Let's hope I'm right.
With the Judge asking for the list of affiants who attended the pre walk through meeting, it seemed like he was fishing for a reason to deny.
If they did not attend, then he denies by saying they did not know the rules or even make an effort to learn the rules.
If the did attend, then he denies by saying they did not follow the rules to bring attention to the rules not being followed, or will claim they knew the rules and knew they needed to quiet down the chanters and when they didn't those are the consequences etc etc etc etc
They should be able to use a written record of attendance as the basis of evidence for those that attended, or even their testimony. Even better, there's probably surveillance footage of them on the premises.
If they are pressed about whether or not they knew the rules, they can just focus on the fact that it's quite unlikely swaths of republicans alone were mysteriously inept at recalling rules.
And I imagine many of them were mobbed on by the group-think crowds, and once security and police got involved they were helpless, even when trying to speak up.
At the end of the day, I think these are all small fish. Trump and his team aren't overplaying their hands. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
