Trump really needs PA for a outright win. His only other option for an outright win is flipping GA, AZ, WI, and MI which seems less likely. If he wins only WI, AZ, and GA then yeah, it's a 269 to 269 tie and he wins because Republicans will control a larger number of states who'll each get 1 vote apiece to break the tie.
