Uhh you should know why. If you don't then you kind of put yourself in that situation...
Go reset the router and give yourself back the access they took away. Another thing - they might've locked all your devices, which if that's what they did then go on your machine and change your mac address to something else and if you can connect, then that's what they did (unless they are going super secure with only whitelisting allowed devices, then you will have to go reset things to get access back)
I have a laptop and an Amazon Fire stick that both use the same wifi connection, yet one will often have trouble with the connection while the other does not. But perhaps your roommates hate you and have changed the router settings to fuck you over?
Maybe they black listed your mac address on your computer and phone? do you have the router login info to check?
