Something is going to drop about the vote-swapping algorithms. A bunch of states will do a hand-recount. Plenty of states will flip to get Trump over 270
Not sure about the actual litigation. They’ve got cases in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and 6 by Friday, 10 by next week early. All revolves around 10-20 different types of crimes duplicated in every state. Just look at any of Trump teams’ Tweets and they explain.
From what I've gathered the main pillars of the case are
Lack of transparency
Voter discrimination (big deal, federal)
Statistical impossibilities
Dead people voting and similar BS
From there it branches into sworn affidavits, whitsleblowers etc which will expose
Software manipulation
Ballot backdating (USPS neck deep in shit)
Forged signatures and similar clerical cheats
Hopefully the web of corruption is intricate enough to go federal as much as possible and stay away from local courts with their established power structures
Not a lawyer, just my 2c after a few red eyed sleepless nights
BTW I think we'll also get a grand finale with mindblowing shit they're still keeping secret. Something so huge even cuckstream media cannot ignore, so buckle up
I think there's the obvious win path - Fraud is upheld via lawsuit in multiple states flipping them red and allowing Trump to win via the electoral process.
Then there is the nuclear option of essentially creating enough doubt around election integrity that swing states run by Republicans do not certify elections and release their electors to Biden.
In that case, the House will elect the next president with each state getting one vote. Republicans control 37 of the 50 states, and as such, Trump is elected via the House.
Then there's my dream scenario...The evidence of corruption in our election process is so overwhelming that there are massive arrests throughout the deep state, and Big Tech leadership is jailed for election tampering, while their companies lose their Section 230 protections, opening them to lawsuits for censorship.
Here is my hope.

Where did you get info about Rep holding 37 of the 50 states? I can't seem to find it
My bad, typo.
