they only need to do it long enough to install biden into the whitehouse. Their goal is to restrict information regarding the election process and drag it out calling biden as the projected winner to basically convince everyone that biden won, so that they will then see trump as being a sore loser and a tyrant who wont leave office. So if they can shut down the internet long enough to scrub all traces of the evidence, the people wont know, they can continue claiming there is no evidence of fraud, and through the court of public opinion, create pressure on trump to concede before going to court, Or so that when the democrat courts reject the lawsuits, they have created the narrative that trump is just a sore loser, and is desperate to keep power... Its obviously not going to work, but they are desperate, so i can definitely see it being on the table. Just shut it all down, scrub all traces of evidence, then put it back up, say it was a major technical failure and pay a bunch of people to go on TV and give some BS explanation as to what happened.
