I spent my good years and my kids’ childhoods in the desert but I really don’t have any regrets. I look at the war we face here on the home front as being more important than any haji we were dropping ordinance on. I see you younger pedes with skills and ambition that I never had and I’m so proud of you all. Keep making dank memes. Keep weaponizing your autism. Keep shining light into the darkness for those of us that don’t have the same skills you do.

When we look back in a few years/decades, the meme wars of 2016 and 2020 will be more valuable to our freedom than the endless deserts we fought over prior to that.

Thank you all for YOUR service.

Thank you for your service! ❤️🇺🇸 I will never forget those that served. My husband is a vet and I am thankful to all our veterans everyday.
I love your message! It resonates so much with me because I do the same. I watch these talented and skilled folks fighting the digital war and I am always amazed. All I can do is share these dankest of memes but I don’t have the wit or skills myself to make them. I am so impressed with our digital soldiers. We have the best autists, don’t we? Thank you all for the endless hours of laughter and loads of information you share with us! Love and light to you all!

I joke on here all the time about my MSPaint skills and how trash my meme attempts are. I just introduced my 62yr old father to TDW and spent hours answering questions like “what’s a pede?”

We’re all trying to keep up with the true warriors and I feel like I’m watching the war from a distance.
