YOUTUBE ISNT DOWN BY ACCIDENT - I saw this predicted in one of X22 Reports videos - he said a MEDIA BLACKOUT would occur this week, I didnt believe it though!

He said it and I'll be damned if it didnt happen...since when has Youtube had a MASS blackout like this? Of all the years I've used it, I dont recall seeing it happen at this level. X22 said they would do this out of desperation to stop discourse and stop info from spreading.
