I watched the video, I was convinced of the same thing. I believe hillary was actually on before the lady in the screen shot. The title and thumbnail were extremely misleading.
If she was a body double, it was the worst attempt at that I've ever seen.
'Reuters' combined with that screenshot made me really scratch my head too.
