Can someone explain to me why she is not eligible to be president?
Don’t say because Trump will win, I know that, but I am asking why Biden would have picked her if she is ineligible to be president? What makes her ineligible?
IIRC she was born to two non-citizens, but born in the United States. However, she was born a couple years before the law was put into place that made everyone born in the US to non-citizen parents automatically a citizen, and the office of the President and Vice President cannot be held except by natural born citizens.

I think there’s the argument that neither of her parents were citizens and she’s an anchor baby.
