No, if SCOTUS does not step in by Dec 14 it will be up to the states. Electors are certified by states legislature. If the republican controlled state legislatures in the contested states understand their Constitutional duty they will select Trump electors regardless of the 'vote count' and Trump will be certified by 270+ electors. If the states cannot get their certification done by the 5th the next provision kicks in and Congress votes for President, 1 vote per state, Trump wins 27-23 if votes are along party lines. Trump has several paths to victory, starting with State courts, then SCOTUS, then state legislatures, then Congress. Biden has only one, the rigged results.
Relying on the states to select Trump electors regardless of the count seems risky. Still lots of RINOs and deep state'ers out there. Or some that might just be scared of the backlash of going against the media narrative. That's the problem, Dems always move in lockstep but Republicans don't, and there's lots of backstabbers out there.

The beauty is liberals can call MAGA anything they want, but MAGA has proven itself to be the REAL party of inclusion and diversity. We embrace everyone equally because we are a nationalist party, we only see America, and we only see Americans. We do not see color, we do not care about sexual orientation, there are no tribes other then the American tribe.
Throwing off the shackles of the Republican party will be our greatest strength. There are millions of Democrats and Independents that abhor the Republican party, but are also tired of the Democrats as well. They are receptive of the MAGA message, because they are still patriots first. We saw them flock to Trump by the millions, and that was with the albatross of Republican hanging around his neck.
If Trump somehow looses this, he will bring an Army to MAGA, the GOP will crumble, if they survive to 2024 it would be a miracle.
I guess what I'm saying in that long winded post is, if it makes it to Congress vote, RINOs and Backstabbers will be forced to hold their noses and vote Trump, the sake of their party depends on it, and they know it.
