I am with you 100%, but I worry when I watch this. I understand that not allowing observation is illegal, but to wipe out the ballots entirely will be a hard sell, I think. SCOTUS will be very hesitant to do this unless it is linked to something clear (i.e. if 100% of those ballots went to Biden with no down ticket, and calculating the odds of that happening, etc)
