She has never been criminally charged, but clearly someone so morally bankrupt and corrupt as to supply debate questions to the Clinton campaign, then lie about it after being caught, would have no qualms about committing criminal acts, and she has had plenty of opportunity in her decades working in the corrupt Democrat Party.
Funny we can investigate game show fraud, but not investigate televised debate fraud. The FCC should investigate and report to the American people any inaccuracies in these debates, such as known Political players acting as undecided voters in town halls. If found to be egregious the network should be fined.
She supplied the debate questions to a presidential
candidate. Then lied, then admitted. My point is,as always, the average citizen of the USA is held to a different standard.
i say again: she doesn't belong on any major news network as a paid contributor, but no one would go to jail for this. in fact, i'm glad she did it. showed how weak they were while pretending there was no possible way trump could win
I would think she should have been charged with a conspiracy to alter the outcome of a presidential election.
If an average citizen had acquired the questions ,by deceit or not, I think that citizen would enjoy a visit from the fed for election interference. But, who knows?
not sure what crime she committed, but ok
doesn't belong on any major network, but that's separate from a criminal question

A case could certainly be made for election interference or an illegal campaign donation at the least.
yes

the question, again, is: is that criminal?
