Im no computer scientist but I would have to assume that having the man who literally created the "hammer" & "scorecard" on board is a very good thing. If anyone would know the exploits or how to capture it in action, it would have to be this man.

Thats the first good explanation I've heard why Biden had negative ballots. What hasnt been answered is why there are negative ballot results at all, when the answer is not fraud. What other logical reason would there be? Dems don't have one
What I don't get is that he shows around 60k votes taken from 3rd party (and maybe 10k more taken from Trump compared to Biden), but Biden won the state by over 200k votes. So that can't be the full story. Unless it's a "fail safe" or something and is just meant to pad Biden a bit.
I think he means each State's Secretary of State. The Federal Government has little to do with elections, other than laying out the Electoral College and other rules.
Unless they have access to the servers that routed the data and/or the tabulating machines themselves (both untampered) I don't see how they can prove it. That said I'm not in comp. sci. so we gotta see what unrolls in court.

Only thing I could find was he made some pretty outlandish hammer claims in the past that didn't check out. He was contracted out to the CIA, so you never know what is good information vs disinformation.
