So i'm thinking, Trump is arguing a his case on three fronts right now, two of which are 14th ammendment claims right? Equal protections law.

The first case is trying to prove observers had a right to observe that was unfairly enforced in the state.

The second case, is trying to argue that Mail in balloting sets an unfair advantage over ballots cast in person, since ballot curing is allowed.

Right now as far as i know, the first case looks solid. The second case however gets my noggin joggin.

If the second case is kicked out of PA's Supreme court, they can then re-file in federal court. if this goes before the supreme court, and they rule that mail in voting standards created a secondary channel of voting that was not equal to the standard channel, in that it presented an unfair advantage. if the SC rules that unconstitutional, Would that translate to EVERY state that used mail in ballots?

If it did.... trump would win what? every state?

The ballot curing equal protection argument is about allowing ballot curing only in certain blue districts, and not in red ones. It’s about district based discrimination.

The goal of the litigation is not to invalidate all mail in ballots. Just enough of the fraudulent ones to either render Trump the winner directly, or prevent the certification and put the vote to the republican state house to decide the electoral votes.

right, but he has a seperate lawsuit from ballot curing from what i can understand- hes aruging three seperate cases right now

  1. We had unequal access to ballot counting for our observers, and the states violated standing court orders to do so creating an unequal protection under the law complaint
  2. Mail in ballots had a degree of security that was unacceptably low by comparison to absentee and in person, ultimately making it easier for anyone who voted by mail and therefore caused an unequal protection under the law complaint
  3. mail in ballots were given extra avenues to be counted that would not be available to an in person ballot, again a fourteenth ammendment issue

my thought process, is if number 2 gets to SCOTUS, and they rule in favor of, Wouldnt that technically render ALL mail in ballots illegal?

If thats the case could you imagine the hell that would cause? donald trump with a massive landslide? thats what wet dreams are made of man.
