What do they know? I think Pompeo's confidence isn't with the lawsuits. It could be another trump card that they're waiting to pull out. In case the law suits don't work. I don't think the Trump campaign team and the POTUS are fighting on the same front. POTUS is focused on draining the swamp from the inside. Meanwhile Rudy's focused on winning the legal battles. It's a war on two fronts. Attack from both the inside and the outside.

i think its clear they know full well about Dominion and were watching it the whole time. i think theres a bit of truth to the idea of a sting operation. not sure if its watermarks or not but i think they were ready
Hammer/scorecard - might be the answer - Brennan and then Haspel were freaking out about (and in Haskel's case would not "authorize") that the President might release information which would damage our relations with foreign nations. So, if we used the system on foreign elections that also destabilized/harmed foreign govts/populations/individuals- that would be something they would not want verified, suspected is always ok, but verified is treated as what? a grave no-no? So, this little theory - govt/CIA used it once before in America, and have used it again to install sleepy joe - but everything backfired, because the author of the code is a sideline hero working for the good guys...and we already know what happened to the 2020 vote.
The "Department of State", aka Pompeo would be one of the few people with a viable "Need to Know" over little things like catching China flat-out attempting to hack the election.

Pompeo was head of CIA before SoS. He knows things.
I think there are enemies within and he is reinforcing his connections with various departments to prevent them from using their internal power to assist in this usurpation of our nation. This election rigging isn't new. Just like Biden family corruption, election fraud and many other corruptions of power have been a common feature of our systems for a long time. The "Deep State" is this normalized corruption and all of the people that benefit from it. All those people want him out so they can keep skimming, keep getting kick backs and most importantly, never be held responsible for whatever they have already done. When the system is rotten, all of it's fibers fight back, like a sickly body trying to survive. This is one patient we don't want to save.

When Rudy said narrow path to victory I think he meant this is pretty much the only way. You gotta take it to the courts. There's really not much else you can do besides auditing and law suits. Rudy doesn't have the details the POTUS and SoS does. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have that clearance level to get those classified information.

I think so too. The traditional election contesting is there to plant the idea of mass election fraud, which it's doing as evidenced by today's Rasmussen poll. I believe a military operation and tribunals are coming, but I'm not sure about the timing of those.

I think this is why we haven't seen indictments for all the illegal things the democrats have been getting away with so far. Biden is implicated in Ukrainegate and framing General Flynn, at the very least.

My guess: Pompeo knows what the Trump card is. Once the legal hurdles have been tried, and while the corrupt expose themselves, the Trump card gets revealed.
What would blow me away is if other governments were helping to track the elections (and potential election fraud) unbeknownst to the swamp creatures who used the same election rigging techniques in 2018. That election was a trial run to see if we could catch them in real time with their hands on the levers during this current election, and it worked.
Other governments would likely not include the ones who may have been involved with past elections (think dossier).
Well, if we assume everything we've heard about Obamagate and China Joe is true, then as far as I know Trump would have the authority to use the same methods to spy on those people as they did to him? And hundreds of others. I can only imagine what they could uncover with that power
Pompeo’s confidence is simple. He, and every member of the trump admin has to act completely confident that trump won. Anything short of that undermines their case in court. They don’t have some secret info or access to info. They are simply going through the legal process of challenging an election that appears to have fuckery afoot.
Yeah but if they lose, it's gonna be real bad once Biden is sworn in. Pompeo is a smart guy. I don't see why he would need to be swinging his nuts unless he is 100% confident about this. He's just gonna make himself look an idiot if the lawsuits don't work out. There has to be something else.
No. There doesn’t need to be anything else. It’s as simple as I stated. There is no magic bullet. Just hard work.
