What do they know? I think Pompeo's confidence isn't with the lawsuits. It could be another trump card that they're waiting to pull out. In case the law suits don't work. I don't think the Trump campaign team and the POTUS are fighting on the same front. POTUS is focused on draining the swamp from the inside. Meanwhile Rudy's focused on winning the legal battles. It's a war on two fronts. Attack from both the inside and the outside.

When Rudy said narrow path to victory I think he meant this is pretty much the only way. You gotta take it to the courts. There's really not much else you can do besides auditing and law suits. Rudy doesn't have the details the POTUS and SoS does. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have that clearance level to get those classified information.
