What do they know? I think Pompeo's confidence isn't with the lawsuits. It could be another trump card that they're waiting to pull out. In case the law suits don't work. I don't think the Trump campaign team and the POTUS are fighting on the same front. POTUS is focused on draining the swamp from the inside. Meanwhile Rudy's focused on winning the legal battles. It's a war on two fronts. Attack from both the inside and the outside.

Hammer/scorecard - might be the answer - Brennan and then Haspel were freaking out about (and in Haskel's case would not "authorize") that the President might release information which would damage our relations with foreign nations. So, if we used the system on foreign elections that also destabilized/harmed foreign govts/populations/individuals- that would be something they would not want verified, suspected is always ok, but verified is treated as what? a grave no-no? So, this little theory - govt/CIA used it once before in America, and have used it again to install sleepy joe - but everything backfired, because the author of the code is a sideline hero working for the good guys...and we already know what happened to the 2020 vote.
