What do they know? I think Pompeo's confidence isn't with the lawsuits. It could be another trump card that they're waiting to pull out. In case the law suits don't work. I don't think the Trump campaign team and the POTUS are fighting on the same front. POTUS is focused on draining the swamp from the inside. Meanwhile Rudy's focused on winning the legal battles. It's a war on two fronts. Attack from both the inside and the outside.

My guess: Pompeo knows what the Trump card is. Once the legal hurdles have been tried, and while the corrupt expose themselves, the Trump card gets revealed.
What would blow me away is if other governments were helping to track the elections (and potential election fraud) unbeknownst to the swamp creatures who used the same election rigging techniques in 2018. That election was a trial run to see if we could catch them in real time with their hands on the levers during this current election, and it worked.
Other governments would likely not include the ones who may have been involved with past elections (think dossier).
