He has gone before the Supreme Court before, so he knows you have to have a solid case, your shit together, etc. It’s very tough to wait, but we have to let the lawyers do their thing.
I mean they've been releasing HUNDREDS pages of affidavits and legal claims, as well as submitting the cases to court. Same courts throw some out, but that's okay because then you submit to a higher courts. Can't just go straight to SCOTUS. Also, more whistleblowers and evidence keep coming out. All the data/evidence has to be verified first to make sure it's all legit and will have a chance in court. Don't wanna blow your load too early. Gotta make sure you have all you need to make it bulletproof. Also, government and courts work at a snail's pace. Everything has to be submitted and examined, court has to agree to take the case, and the case has to be scheduled. Then it's however long it takes for the case to be laid out in court. This stuff doesn't just happen overnight. Although, I do agree that it would be nice to see some moves happen and things hey shaken up.
Trump's lawyers actually got their asses handed to them today in a couple of counties over about 1000 votes. If they're not smart enough to use the evidence at hand, and too scared to go after fraud and not just give hearsay accounts, then they must be replaced.
