yeah if it were only that simple to walk away from a multi million dollar contract. they just arent going to be able to leave and go work for somebody else . it doesnt work like that
Pretty much this. They need to be let out of their contract or hope they got some kind of clause they can enact to leave. Otherwise they're not working anywhere else for a bit.
