What if President Trump staged this whole thing, because he knew he would have evidence to weather the storm, and when the storm was over, this case was the basis for implementing national voter ID. Could it be that he knew the fraud in those states was going to happen, but he knew that his team would be able to show enough evidence to have it overturned, because it was the plan all along? What if this was the only way, and he set it up for us?

There'd have to be a Constitutional amendment. You'd have to convince most of the country to ask for it. Imagine the outcry from the otherside when they find out that the news lied to them and Trump won. This could be the way to get bipartisan demand for federal security of elections.
Terrible idea, albeit nice thought. But you don't gamble like that. There are better ways to get voter ID than to take a risk like this at a critical juncture. There's a diff between running the show and a roll of the dice... I don't think he'd let it all hinge on someone else's verdict.
