Montgomery PA. Biden awarded 197K mail in ballot votes....Registered Democrats only received 147K total MIB......Repubs returned 39K mail ballots out of 49K mailed out which went for Trump......so if EVERY single Indy/Unaff Mail Ballot went to Biden (32K+) there STILL is an inexplicable 8K vote deficit.

Assuming Biden got ALL 147K Registered Democrat Ballots to vote for him PLUS 10K (20%!) of the GOP Mail Ballots that still leaves 40K Mail in Ballots the Democrats would have had to get.....32K ballots were returned by Unaffiliated/Other registered voters which could have gone either way but to come close to 197K I would have to assume every single ballot went to Biden and yet this STILL leaves an 8K vote deficit. How is that mathematically possible? The MIB rate toward Biden is not only ridiculously high the additional vote share I can't seem to support with the data.

Now to complicated matters....Democrats have 301K total registered voters in Montgomery yet Biden awarded 313K votes (including in person and MIB)? That would be the equivalent of every single registered Democrat in the entire county voting for Biden plus a portion of the Unaff/GOP share. How did Biden basically earned MORE total votes in this county than registered Democrats living there? Even assuming Biden picked up a sizable share of Unaff but this doesnt explain Trump's turnout improvement from 2016 (+20K) and 182K out of 212K Registered Republicans assuming every single Republican's in the county went to the polls or sent a mail in ballot and they voted Trump (85%).

Democrats had registered +44K new voters although only 15K appear to have voted by Mail [New Voter MBI Return Rate] - Republicans registered +22K however only 5K voted by Mail (assuming these voters voted in person on election day). So there is a 20K voter registration difference but this had almost no impact in Philadelphia for example where Democrats registered 100K new members but I believe only 10K actually voted by mail if my math is correct. Philadelphia had 45% of total registration change applications toward Unaffiliated which Pennsylvania overall had 40% (I'm assuming DMV registration efforts, people turning 18 etc) but Montgomery had 52% of change applications toward Unaffiliated/Other party?

In a nutshell - The Democrat turnout overall is suspiciously highly - Trump garnered additional 20K votes vs his performance here in 2016 (the difference coming in from MIB) [2016 NYT Montgomery Results] yet Biden with MIB garnered and in person turnout earned 57,500 votes MORE than Clinton in 2016. As of now Biden in Philadelphia by contrast had almost 10K LESS votes compared to 2016....thats including inperson and MIB. So some how Biden underperformed Clinton in both margin AND turnout in Phila but some how earned a dramatic and overwhelmingly WAY OVER PERFORMED enough tin Montgomery so much that he carried the county by razor thin margin.

Seemingly the MIB returns overwhelmingly favored Biden. With 20% of the GOPs ballots vote for Biden nd even with that rate (which is NOT consistent with turnout in Philadelphia where it appears only 14K additional votes swing if my math is correct came via MIB/Voter Reg in Phila which where a small fraction of the 100K new voters actually voted in that county via mail or in person) and all 32K "Unaffiliated/Other" MIB were awarded to Biden yet with this total statistical improbability I still cannot explain an additional 8K MIB for Biden.

Montgomery has approx 100K LESS overall registered voters than Philadelphia yet they both had roughly 32K Unaffiliated voters cast their ballot by Mail in each of the two counties?? Are all of these ACTUAL and ELIGIBLE voters? Real voters still living at the address the ballots were mailed too? This number is abnormally high in Montgomery vs Phila to begin with yet every single ballot basically by mail was for Biden from this group? Even with all this again can someone explain the 8K votes I can't seem to find that Biden some how did?

Extremely high turnout, overwhelmingly favorable MIB returns and suspiciously and statistically abnormal GOP and 3rd party vote share to Biden?
