The guy in the pic is the judge who ruled against Trump’s immigration ban because he’s a communist who has infiltrated our judiciary. Stalling that ban for a long time, until his ruling got kurbstomped by a higher court.
It’s common to joke around by posting his face along with some text describing other potentially ridiculous rulings.
