That's where this systemic fraud is happening. They're literally teaching people how to cheat, "here's how you fix a damaged ballot, ie a trump ballot".

It's all right there with those poll workers. They have too much power and no oversight on purpose. They can "cure" damaged or invalid ballots, copy over ballots "the right way" for basically any reason, throw out ballots. No date or envelope, who cares!
