This guy believes the term "personal responsibility" is racist. He is a hindrance, a poison, to his race. To convince black people, or any people, that they should not be responsible for themselves is to remove their autonomy. You are convincing generations of young people that they are not at fault for anything they do, good or bad. Meaning they will not care or be held accountable when they do evil, because it's someone else's fault. But also they will never be allowed to accept credit when they do good, because that too is someone else's. This is akin to enslavement, and this man should be damned by every black man, woman and child for the lies he's selling.
