If all those terms are indeed 'functionally racist', does that mean that a black guy is complaining about how blacks commit welfare theft, violence, drug abuse of children, invasions, are irresponsible.. and now commit lots of vote fraud as well? Does he think that all these crimes are allowable, are permissible? That everyone should do these crimes?

That sounds like a problem that needs addressing. But not by attacking the people who notice and call out the crime, but by bringing justice back against a group that's too lawless. No nation can permit the growth of little lawless crime enclaves because that's a rot that can bring everything down, a contagion that will spread and fester. And you dont get to hide behind your skin colour as some sort of.. dare I say it.. privilege! Horribly anti-american.
