Oh I know you are telling the truth. I just saw almost 40% of high school grades in St. Paul (MN) public schools are F. Instead of considering bringing the students back to the classroom or figuring out a way to educate these students in a more productive way, the superintendent said they are grading students based on in classroom learning and they need to change the grading! UGH.

Or just grade everyone on a curve but have four times the teachers so that you can segregate by skill level into four classes. Incidentally that also typically ends up segregating by race. Such a horrible practice across the board.
