Second, supposing Trump wins every case. If the remedy -- fire this guy, or throw that guy in jail, conceivably -- does nothing to affect the vote, then the Democrats have a means to steal every election in broad daylight.

This isn't the real show. There is no way they are going make up a 40,000 vote deficit by cancelling individual votes. The dems didn't create that deficit by making individual fraudulent votes. Dominion vote counting system switched votes by the tens of thousands out in the R voting precincts, that was where the votes were so that is where the fraud was. But it was election fraud not vote fraud.
I got that idea by considering the time consuming legal process to disqualify even a dozen votes. There is not enough time to litigate vote by vote. The Dominion thing has to be the angle pursued.
When the ACLU counter sues I hope team Trump points out their clients lack standing. Since PA destroyed security envelopes there is no way to know their clients votes were one thrown out due their own suit.

That's what an affidavit is, a sworn (written) statement under oath. Litigation takes time, be patient :)
