Tim Pool made a very good point, what if Trump is misleading the democrats with the election fraud scenario and will actually surprise them in court with something far worse than the election fraud itself.

According to one of Trump's lawyers Biden is going to jail, and according to Trump's son, exposing the fraud is "only the beginning".

Rudy: I know this is irrelevant but I brought this laptop here and it has an interesting folder here owned by a Joseph R. Biden account named "The Big One". Can we get a projector to pull up these files to the courtroom?

The only problem with that and this has been brought up here before, is that you're not allowed to surprise someone in court without the other attorney knowing what you have. Evidence not shared with the opposite attorney is thrown out. Overall this may very well be true but it's not going to be like a surprise in court.

Might not be a surprise in court, but there's good reason both sides would try to keep it out of the news (at least for now).

I understand what you're saying but I think tim was trying to say the MEDIA keeps blabbing on about 'no fraud no fraud'. but the lawsuit (at least in PA) is not entirely about fraud but about the consitutionality of the mail in. pretty much the same argument as gore v Bush. equal protections was violated

Can't throw stray bombs in court. Judges won't allow off topic/irrelevant evidence no matter how incriminating the truth bomb is on the other subject. TRUMP 2020 AND BEYOND!
