The only problem with that and this has been brought up here before, is that you're not allowed to surprise someone in court without the other attorney knowing what you have. Evidence not shared with the opposite attorney is thrown out. Overall this may very well be true but it's not going to be like a surprise in court.
I understand what you're saying but I think tim was trying to say the MEDIA keeps blabbing on about 'no fraud no fraud'. but the lawsuit (at least in PA) is not entirely about fraud but about the consitutionality of the mail in. pretty much the same argument as gore v Bush. equal protections was violated
