2.) Wins Georgia on a manual recount (no Dominion counting issues)

3.) Lawsuit in PA results in an audit of votes in which illegal ballots are tossed. This swings the vote in POTUS's favor for am outright win or triggers a recount.

Easy. only congress can change election law. Only state legislatures can change state election law. NO one has. Election day was Nov. 3 this year. Every vote that came after that is illegal.
