North Carolina accepts mail-in ballots until Nov 12th if they were postmarked on the 3rd.
So my question there is, how do they know it's 98% reporting and has been for a week, when ballots are still arriving? How do they know how many ballots will arrive ahead of time? The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
