100% yes, no two ways about it. Oregon or Washington too, mail-in= permanently Blue. Its soo obvious and blatant now

Those two states bothered me 2016. I think they could go red. I thought they were worth campaigning in. It did not make sense, particularly when HRC bailed completely on them, then I saw the mail in.
