But the amount of fraud in MI is preposterous, just scroll through the complaint and skim the allegations near the front of the document (https://www.greatlakesjc.org/cases/costantino_v_detroit/), it sounds like the Detroit vote precincts were run by the mob. if hundreds of thousands of votes are potentially fraudulent then that should permit an injunction to prevent vote certification until more investigation is done (emergency injunctions at this point are mostly just asking the state not to certify the vote). Enough ballots in PA may be easy to throw out because so many of them were obviously late (hopefully that is our easy-win state).
