The theory is POTUS victory was so big that is forced them to get sloppy. Even the MI affidavit states poll counters during the Biden dump didnt expect to have to count so many fake votes.
No; They knew about this in advance, there was a Trump campaign ”intelligence officer” that laid out the details of their plan to capture the cheating in real time, and Sidney Powell has publicly stated they have “the proof”.
The DNC was confident of their cheats because it has worked so well in the past, they obviously underestimated trumps resolve to stop it.
There were actually posts/rumors that the CIA would use software to throw the election to Biden here on the win about a week before the election.

Remember Codemonkey uncovered a cheat recently about Dominion messed with capital I vs lower case L ( Il ), They look alike but are completely different characters - Trump knew about and tweeted a clue about this cheat in October.
If it was a honeypot, they would have installed the dominion software in a file right out in the open for all to see. Finding the software was very intense. They had to manually go thru each file to see what went wrong in the machines software. Im guessing the dems didn't think they would go thru all files and just randomly pick some and move on to say there was nothing wrong with the machines. But that didn't happen. ALLL files were checked and found the Dominion software hidden away in a background file that wouldn't be obvious to even the most intelligent of hackers if they were trying to find something. But since all files had to be gone thru, BAM they found it in the least obvious of spots. So I dont really think its a honeypot. Cuz if I was them and I wanted to ensure they found it to draw their attention away from the real problem, I would have put that dominion software somewhere in a file where it could be found, but not so much that it looks like I wanted it found. But the Dominion was found dead ass tucked waaaaayyyyyy behind all of the files where it could be lost like a needle in the haystack.
Could be or just that they are really this stupid. They depend on the media to give them cover. Corruption makes people and systems rotten. and inefficient. A good thing for us in this instance
The Enemy has used this company/methodology/equipment/software before tho, it is a historical fact it is used.
It is also a historical fact it has been known to be flawed, easy to hack or manipulate. Texas reported on some of it last year, with recommendations to not certify it for use in elections because of observed problems during testing. At one point an evaluator hooked his phone up to an existing port on the system and the software read his phone but did not issue notification of having done so or even mentioned it was hooked to a foreign device. Hmmm.
It is thought that we discovered this some time back, at least by the 2018 election, and so rather than try then to make the cases of fraud we decided to observe and collect evidences while Trump sat Judges and other things to further our ability to prosecute when we were ready.
Ready or not we are 'here'.
It is real, we have evidences, only the fact of a double damned corrupt government is preventing Justice. We still lack an honest DoJ, Congress, FBI and courts and...on and on.
So we shall see. But Trump has repeatedly said we caught them - this is part of that. Sidney Powell now knows, she agrees.
The Enemy has to fight to the death so every single corrupted government official must now work against Trump, but that also serves to expose them all.
It will get uglier still, hold the line and prepare for worse.
