Perhaps it did but now it doesn't mention the name of the person speaking at all and comments are turned off so I can't tell anything from there.
I know I’m just a guy on the net but I swear to God that it said that yesterday. When I went to show my wife Youtube got shut down. You could search videos but nothing at all would play. Giuliani’s video was minutes old when YT shut down.
