Talent in that industry, from show runners to cameramen for the most part stay within a network but they also move around over time, get fired, or get a better job offer from another network and the next thing you know the behind the scenes staff look like all the networks. And unless you looked at the logo on the building you wouldn't know what network you were in. The mind think behind the scenes is all the same because the staff are interchangeable.
