interesting. definitely a plausible approach. I doubt that this is what actually happened though. For 2 reasons:
1- They stopped counting a few times, and suddenly found more ballots. this tends to imply they knew they were losing and kept producing more to just barely push biden over the top. Seems to imply they were suprised by turnout... and therefore thats why so many ballots are really really badly faked.
2- The implication here is that Trump cheated on behalf of biden to prove biden was planning to cheat. That is just as bad. That is not something i see GEOTUS doing. I also feel like that risks getting the script flipped.
