If I hear "the new normal" or "how dangerous this is" or "how full all the hospitals are" or "the brave frontline workers" . . . . . well, you get the idea . . . .
At least ONE good thing has come from this “pandemic” and related events . . . . I have A LOT more free time to do what I love, including peruse TD.win and support the Conservative movement. No more sports and an ever-dwindling list of DVR recorded TV shows (which allows me to at least fast forward through all the bullshit propaganda commercials and "news" flashes)
I'm seeing commercials with covid theme in it. At least Rick and Morty make fun of it. I'm honestly sick of hearing it. This isn't the new normal. People are gonna die. It's a fact jack. Fucking cucks in the media.

I used to think my parents were nut jobs in the 80s talking about how TV shows were trying to brainwash us. My mom was always big on how sitcoms always tried to paint the father figure as bumbling and inept (“you don’t need a man, be a single mom!”)
Nowadays 1/10 characters on TV is a tranny and the other 9/10 are gay. Apparently 10% of our population is tranny and 90% is gay. How could they possibly be an oppressed minority then????

Best way to brainwash masses is to make them lazy, they sit and watch movies pushing all these "social norms", braindead fill their head with these movies and think they are reality. They're called movies for a reason, they have computer generated backgrounds and fight scenes for a reason. They are no more factual than superman being real and flying all over
Definitely. My wife enjoys the Good Doctor so we watched the first two episodes. I made it through about half of the second one. I gave up on it when an anti mask nurse got Chyna flu and died. It was too obvious.
The rest of it is the 'reality' of living segregated from each other and the hardships of the 'new normal'

Yes, the one show I still watch, This Is Us, brought up everything. So far, I think the underlying message is good enough to look past it and I think they are done after next season, anyway.
That's one of my wife's favorites. I told her I'm not watching it anymore . . . . she asked me to give it a second chance . . . I don't know, yet . . . I doubt it
Yeah, I didn't think bringing covid19 into it was necessary. The least they could have done was to close out some of last seasons stuff, then bring it into the fold. I'm not sure if you follow it very strongly, but they made some fast changes to make it seem like covid19 was there the whole time.
