He is based in Pennsylvania. He is a senior technical advisor for the National Election Defense Coalition. He specializes in finding voting fraud and scorecards. His Twitter “replies” about the election were interesting. With all the stuff going on in Pennsylvania, I was wondering if he has ties to anything. But I’m not a great researcher like you guys are. And on his Twitter replies on other people’s post he says
“ The premise is bonkers: To prevent dilution of 4 votes, the court must throw out 1M valid ballots in select counties because of evidence-free speculation that those ballot pools are tainted. The court should sanction the attorneys.”
I’m wondering if he is part of changing the scorecard in Pennsylvania to flip votes from Trump to Biden.
