I think they used a combination of digital and physical ballot manipulation. Use digital manipulation to give the physical fraudulent ballot creators a target to aim for. Use the media to broadcast the fake numbers so the physical ballot creators are all on the same page.
I looked at what i was told was the data and it wasn't done in a tabulation spreadsheet like way.. I'm not a programmer but maybe doing that would have been too big a file? But it used equations to have small numbers to work with. Untangling it all was probably confusing... if there were mistakes in the math or logic behind it; it could cause the Data (not just the result) to be off even using the original software... then you have to backtrack using wrong data to untangle the right. I was seeing how it depends on the order in which they run the query- which makes sense from a query design perspective. If they use Business Objects to design the dashboard, then they may have (deliberately or not) built the query wrong so if you exclude certain query options, the vote totals fall under the wrong candidate. If that's what they are using for our national reporting, these queries should be open source and verifiable by independent sources. As a BO universe designer, I know what can be done on accident - but if someone had malicious intent, it would be super easy to design a universe to spit out false numbers. Only way to prove it would be an audit of the universe design, which could be built so complicated it would take a while for anyone without intense knowledge of the design to figure it out.

I feel like there's been ample "evidence" that something is taking place to warrant investigation into it (I personally think fraud), but he doesn't even bother checking the sources I send.

The two of those alone end up putting Joe in a very precarious position electorally. With exactly 270 votes, he can't afford a single faithless elector. From there, it would to to the House, where Joe might be favored for "winning" the vote, or President Trump might be favored because of the fraud.
For our least dangerous path forward, we need to pick up another state. MI has the most evidence of malpractice, but I also distrust their courts. WI seems more receptive to auditing the election than MI does (though we'll find out tomorrow what MI decides). AZ is close enough that we can pull something off with our affidavits, and NV is likely the same. Especially if we can make a case based on the signature mismatch. The thing is that I really distrust NV's judicial bodies.
We can lose GA if we pick up MI (which would be bizarre, but not the strangest thing to happen this election) and be in the same place we would have otherwise been in. But if we prove that Dominion is changing thousands of votes in GA, it's going to upend these other states and force their hands. May cause the rest of the U.S. to do an audit (but that would probably be too expensive for them to actually do. I wish).

i suspect there won't be court filings about dominion. not up front. i think that would be too huge of a nut to crack. i'm betting that they try to get hand recounts/audits in states like PA through other means, with the other lawsuits, and if the hand recount numbers come up radically different (talking over 100k), THEN you have a case to go after the dominion software stuff to explain how that happened. and i think that would probably be more like a criminal case that could take months if not years. this is just my guess and im not an expert on anything. but i just don't see them actually bringing any kind of lawsuit with the word/name 'dominion' in it. i think first they need the proof and to get that they need to flip states with audits/hand recounts. just my guess.

If the Dominion machine algorithm scam is true, then you won't find it in the Edison ticker data. The best analysis is Dr Shiva's ... you feed your ballot into the machine and it simply records it differently than it reads it. Swapping votes after the fact would allow any eagle eyed observer to catch you... unlikely to have that much risk when the penalty for getting caught is so incredibly severe! It'd be the biggest political scandal in world history.
It also means the only way to find it is with stats or manually counting what went through the machine (like they did in MI).

My understanding in MI is they suspected the glitch from the totals being reported. So they manually reviewed what ran through the machine and saw that they didn't match.
Dr Shiva's analysis makes the dominion conspiracy look very real. I think Trump legal team would need to identify suspicious polling places with Dr Shiva's mathematical model, and then manually count what went through the machine like they did in MI. If they accurately predict these errors 3-4 times that'll be YUUUUGE
Another good data point is that in 2018, someone was able to look at the 2016 election in WI and identified 3 outlier counties mathematically. At any rate, I think you are right to be a bit skeptical of the Dominion conspiracy. From the data i've seen and my own bias it seems to explain a lot! However if its true, its the biggest political scandal in world history! For that reason it didn't feel right that evidence of it would be out in the open via the Edison data. And so too, I feel like Dr Shiva's linear algorithm trend fits a little too neatly as well. That said, I think its very likely Trump and Eric Trump know more than we do and they have seen enough to make some very bold public statements.... so.... maybe?

Unfortunately, Dr. shiva's analysis is also flawed. The y-axis needs to be normalized by Repub straight ticket vote for any slope in the curve to be significant. Otherwise, you're just showing that differences in raw percentages grow with the magnitude of the raw percentages, which is self-evident and not a sign of fraud.

R = straight ticket Repub vote pct of total vote
t = T/R = ratio of Trump vote to straight ticket Repub
T can therefore also be described by the equation: T = tR
Therefore, the y-axis of Dr. Shiva's graph can be written as: T - R = tR - R = (t - 1)R
In other words, the slope of the graph (t - 1) solely depends on the ratio of Trump vote to straight ticket Repub vote. If that ratio is greater than 1, it will have a positive slope. If that ratio is less than 1, it will have a negative slope. The only time there will be no slope is if that ratio is equal to 1.
Shiva's point was that, when plotting the dot for each precinct to see the ratio, you would find a higher ratio of Joe only voters the more Republican the precinct was. This is likely to push the fake joe votes into republican areas so that the percentages dont look too out of wack (i.e. making the red areas a little less red rather than the blue areas super blue).
We all know joe had 10x the amount of single-ticket votes. All the Shiva graph did was show where those votes were coming from, and it happened to have a direct, mathematical, linear relationship with how republican an area was. A clear anomaly and statistical proof of irregularities/fraud.
Too clarify the straight downward slope would suggest that each precincts number of trump only voters would be completely predictable based off percentage of straight party voters. This is highly unlikely in the real world.
I made the same mistake as you and thought he was trying to prove vote swing totals. Hes actually proving there's no way you would get a straight downward slope unless an algorithm is involved. You would see more of a scatter not a genuine straight downward slope based off percentages. He also points out if 100% of precinct voted straight ticket republican it would be highly unlikely for people who vote 'trump only' be 50-60% of precinct as straight downward slope would suggest.
But there will always be a downward trend in his y-axis if the Repub share of the vote is high enough. There will be randomness about that trend, but the trend is inevitable. What his analysis actually may prove is that Wayne county is super suspicious because there is no downward trend like we would expect.
I think the point was 1) that the curve unnaturally makes a right hand turn (the D district he showed also had a slope he didn't call that out). But more importantly, that 2) the slope is disconcertingly steep.
The maximum negative slope such a line can have (with a constant t) is -1, though. That means t=0, and no one voted for Trump. I eyeballed the slope in the video: Oakland county had (.2, .5) and (.6, -.19), that gives us a slope of -.775, which means t=.225. Kent county had (.25, .5) and (.77, -.25), a slope of -1.44 and a corresponding t=-0.44.
Caveat Emptor here is that I don't buy the analysis that comes up with tens of thousands of missing votes unless there's some extra-ordinary evidence-- I think the more likely answer is that there's a good real-world explanation. But, on its face, looking at districts that voted 70% for Republicans, but 40% for Trump sounds fishy.

The Y axis is supposed to be the % of non straight ballots Trump earned votes on but not other Reps minus the % of non straight ballots other Reps earned votes but not Trump. The only thing T - R could indicate in the variables you stated would be how much Trump over-performed the straight ticket, but not if he underperformed. R must be less than or equal to T. You’d need to compare Trump’s % vote against other Reps % vote down ballot, which is what Shiva’s Y axis does.

It probably doesn't help that I believe any large number of straight tickets voting against Trump is by itself an outright sign of fraud. He had 96%+ approval rating within the party, and The Lincoln Project and people "walking away" from Trump is a lie.
It's easiest to illustrate with an example. Let's assume that Trump's share of the straight Repub vote is a constant. It could be either greater or less than 100%, in either case this works. Let's assume it's less than 100%, say 90% for ease of number crunching.
Let's now assume a particular precinct is 100% Republican. We would expect Trump's vote to be 90% of the total in this case. That comes out to a difference of -10%.
Let's now assume a different precinct is 50% Republican. We would expect Trump's vote to be 90% of this 50% which is 45%. That comes out to a difference of -5%.
You can now see how this trends as a negative slope with Repub vote pct.
If you then add in a certain pct of the Dem vote, you still get a negative slope, it just shifts the line up the y-axis. I'm might do a simple Excel model to reproduce this behavior more clearly.

You're not referencing updated information. While what you're saying is technically true, it omits the fact that in those states a huge number of independent votes were then granted to Biden and a disproportionately much lower to Trump. In other words, the "ballot shuffle" ends, after some smokescreens, by favoring Biden conclusively (and by design).

Look at the clown Flaccas's list. It's mostly Smiths, Jones, Michaels, Browns, etc.
How hard you think it is to get a "Gail Brown 04/1946" to be on that list to be wrong? Because it is, I checked it. Gail Brown in AR died in 2010 at 1968, born 04/1946. But.... the Gail Brown that voted in Bessemer MI was also born in 04/1946 and is now 75yo. She lives in Bessemer.
That's why it's a problem there are so many common names on that list.
Now... It does become less likely that a 101yo James Leeds has a match out there, but... I checked some 100+ year olds. I couldn't find an absolutely positive fraud in my few samples. They take a long time to check each.
I took some random entries with unique names, I found a woman that voted an died, after she voted. I found a woman that voted a 102yo, but isn't in the SS Death Index. I found a 99yo woman that voted and appears to be alive and well.
That list had FUCKING ZERO corroboration to it. The more common the name the more like it's wrong. There are entries that are valid I'm sure. It's just not near 10k.

It is but the data seems squirrely using percentages instead of whole numbers. Things like that can really screw up trying to get meaning from the data. If they could verify this happened in any one district then I would have more faith in this kind of analysis. Same deal with Dr. Shiva's analysis. It gives me hope but I really want the hard evidence to be found so we can win in court.
