Someone further down is saying Biden/Quayle didn’t resign until January. Looking at other people, it might be a trend
Pence resigned as Governor of Indiana January 9 2017
Obama resigned as Senator November 16 2008
Bush resigned as Governor of Texas December 21 2000
Gore resigned as Senator Jan 2 1993
Up in the air for sure, but Obama was the only POTUS/VP in at least 30 years that resigned from their current position before the Electoral College voted.
Great point! She should be dedicating 100% of her time to her duties in the Office of Vice-President-Select, which means she can't be doing the heavy lifting she's known for, standing up for the rights and needs of her constituents.
The responsible thing to do would be to resign immediately, have a replacement in the Senate, and get to work for the thousands of people who voted for her.
I never even considered that.
This is sticky worthy
Yeah, actually a very good point.
She gotta suck Biden’s dick first. To cement in that she’s his vp pick.
What dick?
Chy-na has to ship it back specifically for this.
It's all covered in poop from the diaper, he wouldn't remember it anyway.
I'm sure he gets to have a sniff whenever he wants though. They say smell is the sense most directly tied to memory.

Remember Blago went to prison over Obama's Senate seat - probably some Illinois shenanigans in play with the decision to resign early.
Yup, they were anxious to get that senate seat up on the auction block
Biden served as Senator till Jan 15th Quayle served until Jan 3rd.
So
....Harris ain't resigning soon.
