In a hand recount, they remove the Dominion tabulation machine from the equation. A recount would be to run them through the machine again. They are skipping that step.
We’ve got affidavits flying around saying things like hundreds of ballots with the same signature. If there’s anything like that in Georgia, it’ll be sniffed out
I believe it is a hand count so dominion can't "glitch" votes to the other candidate.
